    • Our concierge services include rental support, arrival prep, lifestyle & wellness, private chef, transport, babysitting and pet care. Benefit from select concierge services as a Premium Host, or full services as an Ultimate Host. If you are an Essential Host member, you have the possibility to select concierge services as add-ons at an extra cost.

    • Depending on your membership, you’ll receive monthly, bi-weekly or weekly detailed reports, plus instant alerts for urgent issues.

    • You can request on-call visits or specific follow-ups at an additional fee. This is available across all membership plans.

    • Yes, you can switch plans with one month’s notice. Upgrades raise your next payment, while downgrades add credit to your next billing cycle.

    • We monitor your alarms and cameras and arrange regular on-site checks (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly) to inspect windows, doors, gate entrances and shutters. Detailed reports are provided after each visit. Frequent presence goes a long way in deterring potential burglars.

    • No, we’re transparent about costs. Vendor services (e.g., cleaning, gardening) are billed separately after your approval, with no commissions. All fees, including setup costs, are clearly outlined.
